They sell “advertising packages” for $50. The maximum ROI for each AdPack is 120% of its value: $50.
One package includes 800 websites impressions to promote your business.
You have to follow the clicking requirement (10 ads daily) in order to remain “qualified” for earning.
Referral commisions are paid up to 5 levels deep, depending on your membership type.
The key is to compound your earnings and buy new packages.
I find important to mention that in April 2018 they will launch their own coin: FuturoCoin, for which you can buy a mining package from their site.

This is a kind of a "mixture" between a Fund and a RevShare, I would call it an Investment Fund which uses our money to generate profits. You can earn by surfing other members sites in a Traffic Exchange, as an investor or by referring others. So, to make it short:
Join, check your inbox for the verification email, verify your account.
You will get free 1000 credits and free $2.4 (an easy task, make sure you read the Tutorials) upon joining.
It is true that you earn 90% commissions as they say because they add up this way:

The value of a Profit Contract is $29 and it will return $34.8 (120%) when you reach the max. 120% of the amount of your purchase.
This (owning a contract) will make you eligible to start earning from more Pools and will also bring you 30000 advertising credits to focus on.
Make sure you have at least one active contract, it is worth it.
If you don´t have an active contract you can still earn from cash links, but earnings are real slow. It will add up if you are a good marketer and manage to get referrals because you get 50% of the value from your ref's clicks.

Well, Scarlet Clicks is a PTC site online since 2009, doing great as we speak.
